Day 6: Sangla to Sarahan

Finally the day arrived when we had to say Good-Bye to Sangla for our next destination: Sarahan.

But wait a minute……..as we stepped out of our room, it was snow, snow and huge amount of snow everywhere. There was a silence among us, as all 3 of us understood that we are stuck and in no way we could travel today. Moreover, snowfall was still on.

Munnar

“Kashmir of South India” is what people call this city of Munnar, located in the Western Ghats mountain range, at a distance of 125 Kms from Kochi (Cochin) in the Indian state of Kerala.

Gokarna (with Chikmagalur)

With its pristine beaches and breathtaking landscapes, located around 150 Kms south of Goa, Gokarna is a small temple town on the western coast of India in Karnataka. This place is well-connected by road. Around 500 Kms and 9 hours drive from Bangalore, you can plan a weekend trip for this place.
